went shopping today to make myself feel better because i've been in a pissy sort of irritable mood lately. i blame lack of sleep and too much essay writing. anyway, this didn't work too well because there's fucking nothing i want to buy in ottawa. but. i ran into this kid i met at a basement show one night and he was pretty cute, you know. anyway. turns out he's a total sketchpad. he followed me around the grocery store on his skateboard eating produce and olives from the cart. but whatever. it was hilariously entertaining to say the least. and when i asked him what he was doing hanging out in front of hartmans skateboarding he said he was waiting to play the piano. amazing.
