i miss it. so i'm going to write about Alberta bands that I don't think very many people outside of Alberta will know about.
Gloom Room myspace site is a central alberta band (okay well most of them now live in Edmonton but whatever) previously known as K.I.L.L. back in my high school punk rock days and then Trainwreck Diaries in the days when i realized just how ridiculous that so-called scene really was.
i thoroughly enjoy Gloom Room's sound though. it makes you want to dance. a lot of bands are doing that these days. which is great. dancing is a good form of physical activity. and the more people you get dancing the more people there are to look ridiculous which makes you look like less of a loser. but i still love losers.
